Chargebacks
Filing a chargeback instead of going through our dispute process has serious consequences. Here's what you need to know.
What is a chargeback?
A chargeback is when you ask your bank or card provider to forcibly reverse a payment. While this is a legitimate consumer protection tool for true fraud, it should not be used as an alternative to our dispute resolution process.
Consequences of filing a chargeback
- •Your account will be immediately suspended pending investigation
- •Any pending payouts will be frozen
- •We will submit evidence to your bank showing the legitimate transaction
- •If the chargeback is fraudulent, your account will be permanently banned
- •We reserve the right to pursue legal action for fraudulent chargebacks
✅ Do this instead
If you have a legitimate issue with an order, always open a dispute through our platform first. We resolve most disputes within 24–48 hours and will issue a refund if the evidence supports it.

A chargeback is appropriate only if:
- •You never authorized the payment (your card was stolen)
- •You already opened a dispute with us and it was not resolved within 7 days
In either case, contact us first at support and we'll resolve it without a chargeback.
