Refunds & Disputes
We use an escrow system to protect buyers. Your payment is held until you confirm delivery — but if something goes wrong, here's what to do.
How to open a dispute
- 1. Go to My Orders and find the order in question.
- 2. Click Open Dispute — this is only available before you confirm delivery.
- 3. Describe the issue and upload any evidence (screenshots, videos).
- 4. Our team reviews within 24–48 hours and contacts both parties.
- 5. If the dispute is resolved in your favor, a full refund is issued within 1–3 business days.
✅ Eligible for refund
- •Item was not delivered within 24 hours of payment
- •Credentials provided were incorrect or already changed
- •Item was significantly different from the listing description
- •Account was banned before you received it
- •Duplicate or fraudulent listing
❌ Not eligible
- •Change of mind after order is confirmed
- •Account banned after you received and used it
- •Crypto payments (all crypto transactions are final)
- •Disputes opened more than 7 days after delivery
