We use an escrow system to protect buyers. Your payment is held until you confirm delivery — but if something goes wrong, here's what to do.

How to open a dispute

  1. 1. Go to My Orders and find the order in question.
  2. 2. Click Open Dispute — this is only available before you confirm delivery.
  3. 3. Describe the issue and upload any evidence (screenshots, videos).
  4. 4. Our team reviews within 24–48 hours and contacts both parties.
  5. 5. If the dispute is resolved in your favor, a full refund is issued within 1–3 business days.

✅ Eligible for refund

  • Item was not delivered within 24 hours of payment
  • Credentials provided were incorrect or already changed
  • Item was significantly different from the listing description
  • Account was banned before you received it
  • Duplicate or fraudulent listing

❌ Not eligible

  • Change of mind after order is confirmed
  • Account banned after you received and used it
  • Crypto payments (all crypto transactions are final)
  • Disputes opened more than 7 days after delivery
