Terms of Service

By registering an account, browsing, purchasing, or selling on PlayerTradeHub, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any additional policies referenced herein. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement. If you are using the Platform on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater) to use the Platform. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. Residents of jurisdictions where the use of this Platform is prohibited by law are not authorized to use it. We reserve the right to terminate accounts if we have reason to believe a user does not meet eligibility requirements.

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Keep your login credentials confidential and not share them with any third party
• Immediately notify us at support@playertradehub.com of any unauthorized access
• Accept responsibility for all activities conducted under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our sole discretion, including for suspected fraud, violations of these Terms, or inactivity.

In certain circumstances — including but not limited to high-value transactions, suspected fraudulent activity, or requests from our payment processor — we may require you to complete identity verification ("Know Your Customer" or KYC). This may involve submitting a government-issued photo ID and/or additional documentation.

• KYC is a one-time requirement per account and is triggered at our sole discretion or by our payment processor's fraud prevention systems
• Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable time may result in your order being placed on hold or your account being restricted
• Documents submitted for KYC are encrypted, stored securely, and used solely for identity verification — they will not be shared with third parties except as required by law
• Submitting false, fraudulent, or altered identity documents is a criminal offence and will result in immediate permanent account termination and referral to law enforcement

If you have a dispute with another user, you must attempt to resolve it through our built-in dispute resolution system before seeking external remedies. We will review disputes and make final decisions at our sole discretion. Decisions made through our dispute process are binding. We are not liable for any losses arising from disputes between users. Opening a chargeback before or during our dispute process is a violation of these Terms.

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation
• Transmit any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising or promotional material ("spam")
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform or its systems
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access or collect data from the Platform
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Platform
• Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Platform
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Platform

All content on the Platform — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software — is the property of PlayerTradeHub or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or exploit any Platform content without our express prior written permission.

Your use of the Platform is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in that policy.

The Platform and all services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that:

• The Platform will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• Any results obtained from the use of the Platform will be accurate or reliable
• Third-party sellers will fulfill orders as described
• Digital keys will be compatible with your device or region (buyer's responsibility to verify)

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PlayerTradeHub and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses — arising out of or in connection with:

• Your use of or inability to use the Platform
• Any transaction between you and a third-party seller or buyer
• Unauthorized access to or use of our servers or your personal data
• Any bugs, viruses, or malicious code transmitted through the Platform

Our total liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the greater of (a) the total fees paid by you to PlayerTradeHub in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) USD $100.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PlayerTradeHub and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way connected with:

• Your use of or access to the Platform
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights
• Any fraudulent or unlawful conduct on your part

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violations of these Terms. Upon termination, all licences granted to you will immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including dispute resolution, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law) shall survive.

We may revise these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform that cannot be resolved informally shall be submitted to binding arbitration or the courts of competent jurisdiction. You waive any right to participate in a class-action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against PlayerTradeHub.
