Escrow Protection
Payments are held in escrow and only released to the seller once you confirm you received the item and it matches the description. Your money is never at risk.
Seller Verification
Sellers can go through our optional KYC (Know Your Customer) verification. Verified badges are displayed on listings and seller profiles.
Review System
Every completed transaction can be reviewed by the buyer. We don't allow fake reviews — all reviews are from real buyers who completed a purchase.
Fraud Detection
Our systems automatically flag suspicious activity including duplicate accounts, unusual login patterns, and fraudulent payment attempts.
Dispute Resolution
If a transaction goes wrong, our support team mediates. We review evidence from both parties and make a fair decision within 24–48 hours.
Ban Policy
Sellers found committing fraud, selling stolen accounts, or manipulating reviews are permanently banned and reported to relevant authorities.
How to report a user
Found a suspicious listing or seller? Use the report button on any listing or profile, or contact our support team directly. All reports are reviewed within 12 hours.

- • Listings priced suspiciously low with no reviews
- • Sellers who ask for personal information not related to the transaction
- • Any communication asking you to "cancel" and repurchase elsewhere
