Listings marked as Digital Keys are sourced directly from Kinguin's wholesale catalog. Keys are delivered instantly and can be redeemed on Steam, Epic, PlayStation, Xbox, and more.

These listings are always instant — there's no manual seller involved.

What if instant delivery fails?

In rare cases (e.g., the seller already changed the credentials), instant delivery may not work. If this happens:

  • • Do not confirm the order
  • • Open a dispute immediately from your Orders page
  • • Our team will issue a full refund or find a replacement
