Account deletion is permanent. Please read this page before proceeding.
⚠️ Before you delete
- •All your listings will be permanently removed
- •Your order history will no longer be accessible
- •Your Arcade points and streak will be lost
- •Any pending balance must be withdrawn first
- •This action cannot be undone
How to delete your account
- 1.Withdraw any remaining balance from your seller dashboard.
- 2.Ensure there are no open orders or disputes.
- 3.Go to Account Settings → Danger Zone → Delete Account.
- 4.Confirm by typing your email address and clicking Delete.
- 5.You'll receive a confirmation email. Your data is removed within 30 days.
What happens to your data?
After deletion, your personal data is removed from our systems within 30 days in accordance with GDPR. Some transactional records may be retained for up to 7 years as required by financial regulations.
