How it works
- 1.At checkout, select your cryptocurrency and click Pay.
- 2.A wallet address and QR code are shown. Send the exact amount within 30 minutes.
- 3.Once we receive the required confirmations, your order is automatically processed.
- 4.For Instant Delivery listings, credentials appear immediately after confirmation.
⚠️ Important: Crypto payments are final
Unlike card payments, cryptocurrency transactions cannot be reversed by us or your wallet. If you have an issue with an order paid by crypto, contact support and we will issue platform credit if the dispute is resolved in your favor.
Common issues
Payment not detected after 30 minutes
Check that you sent to the correct address and the exact amount. Contact support with your transaction hash (TXID).
I sent the wrong amount
Contact support immediately with your TXID. Underpayments may require a top-up; overpayments are credited to your account balance.
Network is congested
BTC and ETH can be slow during high-traffic periods. USDT on TRC-20 is faster and cheaper for most purchases.
