Banned or Suspended Account
If your account has been restricted, here's how to find out why and how to appeal.
Common reasons for a ban
- •Selling stolen or illegitimately obtained accounts
- •Chargebacks or payment fraud
- •Multiple accounts (ban evasion)
- •Fake reviews or review manipulation
- •Attempting to take transactions off-platform
- •Harassment or abuse toward other users or staff
- •Violating our Terms of Service
Types of restrictions
⚠️ Warning
A formal notice on your account. No access restrictions but further violations may lead to suspension.
⏸ Temporary Suspension
Account access is paused for 1–30 days. Active listings are hidden. Funds remain in your balance.
🚫 Permanent Ban
Account is permanently closed. Pending payouts may be frozen pending investigation. Creating new accounts is prohibited.
How to appeal
- 1.Contact support within 30 days of the ban with the subject "Account Appeal – [your username]".
- 2.Explain why you believe the ban was incorrect or provide context.
- 3.Our trust & safety team reviews appeals within 5 business days.
- 4.Decisions on permanent bans are final in cases of confirmed fraud.
