Your account security is your responsibility. Here's how to protect it.
🔒 Enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)
2FA adds a second layer of protection to your account. Even if someone gets your password, they can't log in without your 2FA code.
How to set up 2FA →🔑 Use a strong password
- • At least 12 characters long
- • Mix of uppercase, lowercase, numbers, and symbols
- • Don't reuse passwords from other sites
- • Use a password manager like 1Password or Bitwarden
⚠️ Watch out for phishing
PlayerTradeHub will never ask for your password via email, chat, or Discord. If someone claims to be from our support team and asks for your login, report them immediately.
- • Always check the URL is playertradehub.com
- • Don't click links in unsolicited DMs
- • Never share your session token or cookies
🚨 Think your account was compromised?
- 1. Change your password immediately at Account Settings
- 2. Enable 2FA if not already active
- 3. Check your email for any unexpected login notifications
- 4. Contact support immediately so we can lock the account
